What is Hawaiian Ice?
Hawaiian Ice® is a delicious colourful in-hand refreshment made from ice that has been shaved to the consistency of snow. This unique product is made from drenching the ice with flavoured syrups. Because the ice is as fine as snow, the flavours are magically held in suspension. Hawaiian Ice® is served in a colourful flower cup and served with a straw spoon. A delicious and eye catching refreshment to compliment any event.

Hawaiian Shave Ice first appeared in the States over 75 years ago. Originating in Hawaii it wasn't long before it moved over to mainland

syrup to choose from. The product is made in front of the customer and can be customised to their liking. Because most of the product is on show, great colourful refreshments can be created.
